isenkram software package provides Suggest packages to install when inserting new hardware (GUI popup), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install isenkram
isenkram is installed in your system.
Make ensure the isenkram package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep isenkram *
You will get with isenkram package name, version, architecture and description in a table
